POLI-FLEX BLOCKOUT SOFT
POLI-FLEX® BLOCKOUT SOFT is a Sublimation-resistant, multilayer polyurethane film with a high opacity and is soft to the touch. Even high temperatures will not cause sublimation inks to bleed through the garment. POLI-FLEX® BLOCKOUT SOFT excels due to an excellent opacity.
POLI-FLEX® BLOCKOUT SOFT can be used for lettering on T-shirts, sport & leisure wear, sport bags and promotional articles. We recommend using a standard 45° knife. We recommend minimum time to be taken between plotting and further processing. After weeding the cut flex film is transferred by heat press. The PET liner should be removed warm.
BLOCKOUT OR TURBO®?
A simple test to make the right decision: Press a clear polyester film (e.g. liner leftovers of your flex film) on your sublimated fabric for 15 seconds at 160 °C. Lay the polyester on a white substrate.
For high discoloration use BLOCKOUT SOFT. For only slight discoloration use TURBO®.
BLOCKOUT films are slightly thicker at 125 μm and less stretchable than TURBO® films. This is valid for both POLI-FLEX® and TURBO®-PRINT ranges.
Do not pre-heat dye sublimated garment before pressing.
